BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (Feb. 19) - A 30-year-old woman is suing her adoptive parents for kidnapping in a case that opened in an Argentine court Tuesday, becoming the first child of disappeared political prisoners to press such charges.Maria Eugenia Sampallo Barragan accused her adoptive parents Osvaldo Rivas and Maria Cristina Gomez Pinto of falsifying adoption documents to hide her identity. She made no comments on leaving court Tuesday. .

Suspect Now in Adams County Jail For Double Murder
A Blanchester man has been arrested for allegedly shooting to death his ex-girlfriend and her 21-year old son early Wednesday morning, at the girlfriend's home. The deadly double shooting occurred at 180 Brown Hill Road in Adams County, just outside of Manchester, Ohio. Forty-seven-year old Nicholas Wolke will reportedly face two counts of aggravated murder when he's brought up from the Adams County jail, in the rear of the Adams County Courthouse, to a front courtroom there to be arraigned. Wolke claims he was defending himself when he fired shots that killed his 38-year-old "on-again, off-again" girlfriend and her 21-year-old son around 3:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. "Self defense" is all Wolke had to say to reporters as Adams County sheriff's deputies led him into the Adams County lockup on a snowy, gray Wednesday afternoon in West Union.
